Message from the Committee:
Friends and neighbors, we have a newly formed Ferrisburgh Trails Committee, whose mission is "to establish, maintain, and promote trail systems within the town, connect to surrounding networks, and enhance the well-being and safety of the general public while cultivating the spiritual fabric of Ferrisburgh."
Our present, primary task is to locate and identify existing public trails; popular and forgotten, to list ancient roads, inquire about favorite destinations; pros and cons of these trails or destinations, and to learn from our community your, "wish there were….", ideas.
We have attached a 5 minute survey to assist us in gaining this information, and we invite you to share your knowledge, wishes and ideas by filling out the survey. There will also be paper copies of this survey in the town office, with an associated dropbox for your convenience. If you prefer, we invite you to send us an email or share your thoughts on FPF. As we gain more knowledge, we will probably have more questions or we will want more community input, so there will be another survey or two put out to you in the future.

Lastly, we would love to add new members to our committee, and this is an invite for those interested, to join. (If you have an interest or talent in research, collating data, thinking creatively, … now is the time to step forward. In time, we will need volunteers interested in trail blazing and upkeep etc…)
