If you would like to receive a property tax bill please contact the town office staff with the last name of the property, parcel ID, and property location.
Public Access: Records are open for public view whenever the office is open. Deeds, mortgages, liens, etc. are on file at the Town Clerk's office.
Copies may be obtained at $1.00 per page. Research time is $4.00 per hour. Vermont State Statute of Fees & Costs: 32 V.S.A. ยง 1671.
Our office does not look up recording information over the phone or perform title research. We can help residents use our software program to find documents/maps, but we cannot offer legal advice.
