Selectboard Meeting Agendas
To submit an item for the Ferrisburgh Selectboard agenda, you must follow the town’s Rules of Procedure, which require contacting the Selectboard Chair or the Town Clerk.
Submission Procedure
Method: Contact either Selectboard Chair (Selectboard Chair) at (email coming after 3/17/26) or the Town Clerk’s Office at townclerk@ferrisburghvt.org.
- Deadline: Agendas must be posted at least 48 hours before a regular meeting (and 24 hours for special meetings). To ensure your materials are included in the packet, it is recommended to submit them at least one week in advance of the scheduled meeting.
- Meetings: The Selectboard typically meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Town Offices.

Public Posting Locations
Once your item is accepted, the agenda is posted on the Ferrisburgh Website and at physical locations including the
Town Clerk's Office and the Ferrisburgh and North Ferrisburgh post offices.
