🌿 Green Up Day – Ferrisburgh, Vermont 🌿

Join your neighbors for Vermont’s annual Green Up Day on Saturday, May 2, 2026—a statewide tradition dedicated to keeping our roads and natural spaces clean and beautiful.

In Ferrisburgh, volunteers of all ages are invited to pitch in and make a difference!

📍 Ferrisburgh Details:

  • Pick up Green Up bags:
    Available at the Town Clerk’s Office ahead of time
    OR Contact our Green Up Coordinator Kate before Green Up Day

  • Drop off filled bags:
    Across from the Town Garage
    10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Green Up Day only)

💚 How to Participate:
Grab your green bags tor trash or clear plastic bags for bottle & cans, choose a roadside or area in town, and help remove litter. Leave your filled bags at the designated drop-off site so they can be properly collected. Please do not leave bags or trash on the roadside. There is a sign up sheet at the Town Office with the bags and gloves.

Green Up Day is a proud Vermont tradition bringing thousands of volunteers together each year to care for our environment and community.
